Don't get it. Plain except for the pickle. No mayo or sauce of any kind. Over salty also. Not worth it.

They need to fix their employees, and their service.
Their delivery service was stupid, and their customer service was stupid as well.

I used the drive through at McDonalds Boynton Beach Florida. They didn't give me what I ordered and paid for. When I got home and went to eat I called to complain and ask form a refund form the Q tr Pounder I didn't receive. I was told I had to return to their location (1/2 hour round trip) to correct the error. I asked for a $4.50 refund on my credit card. They refused and gave me a corporate number to call. The corporate number took a voice message and has not replied.

So it was a Tuesday and after hokey practice we wanted McDonald's so we drove 6 minutes to get McDonald's and they gave my mom a patty with ketchup but she wanted a patty with ketchup and pickles and my order a grilled chicken with ketchup came out as a grilled chicken with ketchup and pickles so we got our new orders and right this time and I drink my supposed to be sweet tea and it turns out it's unsweet so we drive to another McDonald's to get the right which was about 15 minutes away and we order a sweet tea again and we drive off 1 minute later I try the supposed to be sweet tea and its unsweetened again so I give McDonald's a 1 star they suck but their food is good

Waiting nearly 2 hours is an absolute joke ! Fast food? - what utter rubbish

This was one of my favorate place to spend my weekends but now due to covid i am not able to visit and enjoy eating there but i eventually order burgers online through zomato and sometimes Mc donalds deliver itself. I love mc flurry.

Disrespectful staff, managers as well. Not taking orders correctly. Verbal abusive not happy at all with McDonald's anymore talking that way in front of my kids.

Terrible! Their food is no good

Twice 3/13 and 3/26 I received a raw quarter pounder. Because the local number listed went to a fax machine I called corporate. Corporate suggested if the local mcdonald's doesn't resolve the problem I should reach out to my bank and dispute the charge. What a joke mcdonald's just lost a customer.

No good costumer service order 90% wrong, always keep your recive with you, in tampa bay spruce and dale mabry name lakisha not good if i am the manager she will be fire in a first minute, she ignored costumer when they ask for something un profecionals they do no use mask and always are screaming in the kitchen never again, the owner should take care about this issue or somebody who will sue then

McDonald's and their cheaply made, sloppily put together food have finally turned me away. Their prices are so insulting high that I am sickened at the thought of how well the corporate kingpins line their pockets because of the massive upsell on their average food. It's a shame that people pay for name and convenience because they really should take their business elsewhere instead of feeding an economic monster that is so obsessed with money over costumer service and satisfaction. I will never buy from them again out of spite and self respect.
